PowerChina / PowerChina-FWO JV (Contractor: DBCG — Diamer Basha Construction Group)
Corporate Vinyl Branding & 3D Rooftop Signage for PowerChina — Asia's Largest Concrete Plant & HQ Building at Diamer Basha Dam
Following the landmark "Power The World" 3D signage installation, Design Hub was trusted once again by PowerChina-FWO JV and DBCG to deliver two further projects at the Diamer Basha Dam site — corporate vinyl branding for Asia's largest concrete plant and rooftop 3D signage for the PowerChina-FWO JV headquarters building — both completed within the same year and through the same trusted contractor relationship. For the concrete plant, PowerChina required prominent corporate branding that could withstand the harsh high-altitude mountain environment long-term. Design Hub specified and installed a premium UV-resistant vinyl — engineered for prolonged sun exposure and temperature variation — across a 7.5m × 7.5m surface, featuring the PowerChina corporate logo with precision alignment and a flawless finish despite the remote installation conditions. For the headquarters building, our team designed and fabricated a 14m × 3.5m rooftop 3D signage installation using GI sheet with a powder-coated colour finish — selected for structural strength and corrosion resistance in harsh outdoor environments. The PowerChina logo was applied in adhesive vinyl with full lamination for additional UV and weather protection, ensuring long-term brand clarity across the dam site. The completed headquarters signage was fabricated at our Peshawar studio, transported through mountain terrain, and installed on the rooftop within just 15 days. Three projects, one site, one trusted partner. For Design Hub, the Diamer Basha Dam chapter is a statement — that a studio from Peshawar can deliver work of national significance in Pakistan's most demanding environments, and do it better than anyone else.

Kabir's Hotel Kalam (Also Known as White Forest Hotel Kalam)
Signage Design, Fabrication & Installation for Kabir's Hotel Kalam — Three-Star Mountain Retreat in Swat Valley
Kabir's Hotel Kalam — also known as the White Forest Hotel — is a three-star mountain retreat situated on Main Kalam Road, approximately two kilometres before Kalam Bazar in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Set against pine-covered slopes in one of Pakistan's most breathtaking northern valleys, the hotel required signage that matched the elegance and serenity of its surroundings — and a delivery partner capable of reaching it. This project is, at its core, a story of trust earned and trust returned. Design Hub had previously delivered the complete exterior signage system for Kabir's Restaurant Peshawar — and the quality of that work left a lasting impression. When Kabir's expanded into Kalam, there was no tendering process, no competitive quotes, and no search for alternatives. Just a direct call to the team that had already proven what they could deliver. The challenge this time was different in nature. Kalam is not Peshawar. Delivering a professional signage project to a remote mountain location in Swat Valley — with limited access, geographically challenging terrain, and a tight opening deadline — requires logistical planning and field execution that goes well beyond a standard urban installation. Design Hub's team completed the full signage design, fabrication at our Peshawar studio, transportation to Kalam, and on-site installation — all within a tight deadline and without compromise on quality or finish. Kabir's Hotel Kalam opened with a complete and professional exterior signage presence. This project proves that when you do great work, clients do not just come back — they bring you with them wherever they go.

WePlay Peshawar — A Brand of WeCompany
Full Interior Vinyl & Signage Fitout for WePlay Peshawar — 18,000+ Sq Ft Indoor Amusement & Arcade Centre
WePlay Peshawar is a full-scale indoor amusement and arcade centre spanning 18,000 to 19,000 square feet inside HBK Arena — designed to deliver an immersive entertainment experience for kids, teens, and families across Peshawar. When WeCompany needed a fitout partner who could bring that vision to life across walls, panels, facades, and surfaces, they turned to Design Hub — with just one month to deliver before opening day.The interior vinyl work alone was a project of extraordinary scale. Every wall, panel, column, and surface across 18,000–19,000 square feet was covered with vibrant, themed vinyl installations — each section designed to contribute to the overall immersive atmosphere of the WePlay brand. Running parallel to the vinyl work, Design Hub's signage team designed and fabricated the complete interior and exterior signage system simultaneously. The single most technically demanding element was the front facade signage — a large-format sign installed on a curved, rounded grill structure at the entrance. Unlike a flat surface, a curved facade requires exact templating, custom fabrication, and careful on-site fitting to ensure a flawless result. Our team executed this without compromise — delivering a facade sign that makes an immediate and powerful first impression at the venue entrance. From the first roll of vinyl to the final fixing of the curved facade sign, the entire fitout across 18,000+ square feet was completed within a single month — on time for WePlay's 2023 launch. This project remains one of Design Hub's most ambitious and proudest single-month deliveries to date.

HBK Hypermarket
Complete Signage & Visual Fitout for KPK's Number 1 Hypermarket — HBK Hypermarket
When HBK Hypermarket — KPK's Number 1 Hypermarket — was preparing to open, they needed a partner who could design, fabricate, and install an entire visual communication system across a large-scale retail environment to a standard befitting the biggest hypermarket in the province. They chose Design Hub, and that relationship has never stopped. From the very first day of operations, Design Hub has served as HBK Hypermarket's sole signage and visual fitout partner — handling every category of signage across the entire store, inside and out. The scope covered the full signage spectrum: a large-format Pylon sign as the anchor of the exterior presence, backlit LED boxes, 3D signage, LED signage, directional and wayfinding signs, and extensive vinyl printing throughout the store.Every element — from the towering Pylon sign outside to the smallest directional sign inside — was designed, fabricated, and installed by Design Hub's in-house team. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no compromise on quality or consistency across any category of work. What sets this project apart is what happened after the opening. HBK Hypermarket did not move on to another supplier once the initial fitout was complete. Design Hub has remained their active signage partner from opening day to the present — returning for every new requirement, every expansion, and every update as the business has grown. For Design Hub, HBK Hypermarket represents something beyond a project — it is proof that when you do the work right, the relationship never ends.

Kabir's Restaurant Peshawar
Full Signage Design, Fabrication & Installation for Kabir's Restaurant Peshawar
Kabir's Restaurant Peshawar needed more than just a sign — they needed a complete exterior signage system that would command attention, communicate their brand clearly, and hold up to the demands of a busy commercial street in Peshawar. They brought Design Hub in to make it happen, and we took full ownership of every stage of the process. From the very first design brief to the final bolt on the pole sign, Design Hub handled everything in-house — signage design, fabrication, and complete on-site installation. There were no third-party vendors, no handoffs, and no gaps in accountability. One studio, one team, one standard of quality from start to finish. The project kicked off in September 2023 with the design phase, developing a signage system that gave Kabir's Restaurant a strong, consistent, and highly visible exterior presence. Once designs were approved, our fabrication team produced the full signage set — with the pole sign serving as the centrepiece, engineered for maximum street-level impact and long-term structural durability.Installation was completed on 28th October 2023 — on schedule, on spec, and handed over to a satisfied client. The full project was wrapped up in just 8 weeks. What makes this project particularly significant is what came next — Kabir's Restaurant was so satisfied with our work that when they opened their second KPK location, Kabir's Hotel Kalam in Swat Valley, they came straight back to Design Hub without considering any other option.

Pakistan's Largest 3D Signage Installation — "Power The World" at Diamer Basha Dam
In October 2023, Design Hub took on the most ambitious signage project in Pakistan's history — the design, fabrication, and installation of a monumental 3D installation at the Diamer Basha Dam site reading "Power The World." Commissioned by PowerChina-FWO JV through DBCG, the project demanded a level of engineering, logistics, and endurance that few signage companies in Pakistan have ever faced. The numbers define the scale. The installation spans 71 metres wide — equivalent to 232.94 feet — with each letter standing 12 metres tall, equal to 39.3 feet. The total coverage area reaches 852 square metres — equivalent to 9,154 square feet — making this the largest 3D signage installation ever completed in Pakistan, covering an area larger than most commercial buildings. The Diamer Basha Dam site sits in Pakistan's northern mountain range — a remote, high-altitude location battered by extreme winds that made transportation and structural installation extraordinarily demanding. Every letter was precision-fabricated at our Islamabad warehouse under the leadership of Mr. Ijaz Ahmed, running day and night double shifts from 21st October 2023 to meet the deadline.Despite the scale, the mountain terrain, and the relentless wind conditions, the project was completed and handed over in just 25 days — six full days ahead of the maximum deadline of 21st November 2023. This is not just Design Hub's biggest project. It is our proudest achievement — a defining moment for our studio, for Peshawar, and for Pakistani craftsmanship delivered on a national stage.
