Kabir's Restaurant Peshawar needed more than just a sign — they needed a complete exterior signage system that would command attention, communicate their brand clearly, and hold up to the demands of a busy commercial street in Peshawar. They brought Design Hub in to make it happen, and we took full ownership of every stage of the process.From the very first design brief to the final bolt on the pole sign, Design Hub handled everything in-house — signage design, fabrication, and complete on-site installation. There were no third-party vendors, no handoffs, and no gaps in accountability. One studio, one team, one standard of quality from start to finish.The project kicked off in September 2023 with the design phase, developing a signage system that gave Kabir's Restaurant a strong, consistent, and highly visible exterior presence. Once designs were approved, our fabrication team produced the full signage set — with the pole sign serving as the centrepiece, engineered for maximum street-level impact and long-term structural durability.Installation was completed on 28th October 2023 — on schedule, on spec, and handed over to a satisfied client. The full project was wrapped up in just 8 weeks. What makes this project particularly significant is what came next — Kabir's Restaurant was so satisfied with our work that when they opened their second KPK location, Kabir's Hotel Kalam in Swat Valley, they came straight back to Design Hub without considering any other option.

Approach
Design Hub took complete ownership of the project from day one — handling every stage in-house with no third-party handoffs. The process began with signage design, developing a system that gave Kabir's Restaurant a strong, consistent exterior presence. Once designs were approved, our fabrication team produced the full signage set — including the pole sign — at our studio. The installation team then completed full on-site fitting across the restaurant's exterior. Work commenced in September 2023 with a clear handover target, and every phase was managed tightly to keep the project on schedule.

The complete signage system — including the prominent pole sign — was successfully designed, fabricated, and installed within an 8-week window from September to October 2023. Delivered on time, on spec, and to the client's full satisfaction. The quality of work on this project directly led to Kabir's returning to Design Hub for their second KPK venture — the Kabir's Hotel Kalam project in Swat — making this the foundation of a strong, ongoing client relationship.
